Dante
Life is a constant repeat of classes, missions, and ensuring my brothers-in-arms don’t get blood on their clothes and bring it home for me to clean up. For the past few years, I’ve been part of a crew that takes from the bad guys and returns it to the good. It’s an unknown, thankless job, though. But when I catch sight of a dazed, platinum blond twink during one almost-blown-to-shreds mission, life takes an instant turn. Reid might not know it yet, but he’s mine, and I’ll do whatever it takes to keep him.

If I chase danger enough, maybe danger will do me in. That’s been the motto since my parent’s death a few years ago. Drugs. Alcohol. Random men in clubs. Until a tall drink of water named Dante enters my life and tries to call all the shots. Fat chance I’ll let him. But for some reason, I can’t help but fall to pieces for Dante. Hopefully, he’ll put me back together. Well, if he doesn’t get me killed first.

Dead Run
by Pandora Pine
When Ronan, Jude, and Fitzgibbon agree to participate in the Salem Witches Dead Run for charity, each brag about how they’ll run circles around the others to win the race, but with the detectives sprinting past forty, they’ll be lucky to cross the finish line in one piece. Throw in glitter color bombs, aching muscles, and a booger-eating six year old bent on revenge, what could possibly go wrong?
Caught up in preparations for the run, buying witches costumes and making colored powder to throw at the runners, Everly and Wonder Wolf talk Aurora into joining in the fun with the promise of a new bike.
With new two-wheelers hanging in the balance and the finish line in sight, who will win? The kids? The detectives? Or will everyone learn the most important lesson of all; there’s a champion in each and every one of us.

Coming Clean

Jeremy
A sudden inheritance allowed me to leave my job as an English professor.
I planned to sell my aunt’s house, hit the road, and figure out what the hell I really wanted out of life.
Then I met Connor. My intense attraction to him sent my head spinning, but he was nothing like me, a former marine, locked up tight in the closet when I wanted to live life out loud in the sunshine. Did we even stand a chance?

I used to put my life on the line every day in my Force Recon unit. Now I run Spit Shine Clean, scrubbing toilets and dusting mantels for a living.
When a soft-spoken man hires me to get his house ready to sell, I wasn’t expecting my life to turn upside down once again.
From the moment I saw him, he was all I craved, but the ghosts of my past weighed me down. Was I capable of being the guy Jeremy deserved? Maybe not, but the pull of attraction was undeniable. This might be the biggest risk of my life.

The Carlysle Kings Duet
by Jenn Bullard
I knew being the new girl at school would be difficult. New town, new family, new everything is overwhelming.
This is supposed to be the start of something better. My mother is finding her light again, and I’m getting the woman she was before my father died. We’ve been through a lot, things she doesn’t even know about.
Instead, Portland is finding me under the scrutiny of the Carlysle Kings, four boys who run the private school I’m attending. They fuck, ruin, and kill whoever they want without any repercussions.
And now, I’m their new bet and play toy.

What if you had to live with the worst thing that you ever did? I made the mistake of believing I was safe with Liliana and Ignacio. I was wrong, and now everything is broken.
I can see the shattered pieces of myself as I float through time, wondering what’s real or not. Am I dead?
The lies are bigger than any of us, and they have a life of their own. They say we hurt the ones we love the most, but I think those who hate us hurt us more.
I’m lost in the sea of unspoken lies, and I don’t know if I’ll ever make my way back.
